About the Role
Stonefield Properties is seeking a Telesales Agent for an on-site role in Dubai. The agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, present property options, qualify leads, and coordinate with sales teams.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Present property options and explain project features
- Qualify leads based on client requirements and budget
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to schedule viewings and support deal closure
- Provide clear information on market trends, payment plans, and documentation
- Achieve call and conversion targets
- Update management on pipeline status
Requirements

- Demonstrated sales experience in telesales or inside sales

Role Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Present property options, explain project features, and qualify leads based on client requirements and budget.
- Follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinate with sales and leasing teams to schedule viewings and support deal closure.

Qualifications
