- Contact inbound leads promptly via phone

- Maintain accurate and up to date records in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospective customers to gather required information
- Forward qualified leads to the Sales/Fulfilment team for further processing
- Meet daily call and follow up targets
- Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism during every interaction
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a call center environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (Hindi and other regional languages are an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to work in a target driven environment
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred
