Job Summary
The role is for a Telesales professional supporting a real estate team in Dubai.
The position involves contacting potential clients, promoting Dubai projects, qualifying leads, and arranging meetings for a Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors about real estate projects and investment opportunities.
- Explain off-plan and secondary property portfolios and project details.
- Qualify leads based on client requirements, preferences, and investment goals.
- Maintain lead, inquiry, and follow-up records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Coordinate with sales agents and marketing to support lead handling.
- Track real estate market trends, project launches, and developer updates.
- Provide a positive customer experience during client interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Applicants should have 1–2 years of telesales experience.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or French proficiency is advantageous.
