We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tele Sales cum Operations Executive to handle customer interactions, drive sales over calls, and support daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
- Assist in daily operational activities and administrative tasks
- Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and repeat business
