Responsabilités principales
- Gérer les appels, demandes, questions et préoccupations des clients au standard de l’hôtel.
- Traiter les appels de réveil, filtrage, transfert, conférence, relais ATS et appels de personnes ne séjournant pas à l’hôtel.
- Enregistrer et transmettre les messages, informer les clients et surveiller les appels en attente.
- Traiter les demandes d’accès à Internet, les demandes spéciales et les problèmes nécessitant l’intervention d’un service.
- Tester le matériel de communication et envoyer un chasseur ou un voiturier lorsque nécessaire.
- Accueillir les clients, anticiper leurs besoins, aider les personnes handicapées et assurer le suivi de leur satisfaction.
- Utiliser les ordinateurs et systèmes de point de vente, tout en respectant les politiques et la confidentialité.
Qualifications recommandées
- Aucune expérience de travail connexe n’est requise.
- Aucune expérience de supervision n’est requise.
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalence de niveau secondaire recommandé.
- Aucun permis ou certification n’est requis.
- Communication claire, langage professionnel et étiquette téléphonique appropriée.
Conditions de travail
- Le poste nécessite de rester debout, assis et en mouvement pendant de longues périodes.
- Le poste nécessite de déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer seul des objets jusqu’à 4,5 kg.
