The Telehealth Coordinator serves as a critical extension of the Virtual Care & Digital Health (VCDH) clinical care team, enabling safe, timely, and effective delivery of patient care through telehealth services. This role ensures providers can deliver high-quality virtual care without operational or technical barriers by facilitating clinical workflows, coordinating provider participation, and supporting real-time care delivery. Working closely with Medical Directors, Service Line Leaders, Clinical Program Managers, and Provider Network Leadership, the Telehealth Coordinator supports provider engagement across multiple medical groups and aligns enterprise telehealth services with local clinical care delivery. This role bridges clinical care delivery and digital operations, ensuring telehealth functions as a seamless extension of provider practice while maintaining high standards of patient access, safety, and care quality.
