Role Responsibilities
- Safely install and maintain telecommunications equipment on towers and masts.
- Follow safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Inspect existing infrastructure, identify potential hazards, and assess structural integrity before work begins.
- Install, align, and adjust antennas to optimize signal performance and network efficiency.
- Manage and route cables in neat, organized, and weather-resistant runs.
- Maintain cable installations to help prevent signal interference.
Field Work
- The role involves work on telecommunications towers and masts.
- Infrastructure inspections are required before commencing work.
Requirements
- Ability to install and maintain telecommunications equipment on towers and masts in accordance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
