Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize VoIP, SIP, and PSTN telecommunications networks.

- Monitor networks, perform diagnostics, and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, gateways, and related hardware.
- Document network configurations, policies, and procedures.
