Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize telecommunications networks, including VoIP, SIP, and PSTN systems
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate telecommunications solutions with existing IT infrastructure
- Perform network monitoring, diagnostics, and issue resolution to ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability
- Configure and manage telecommunications hardware, including routers, switches, and gateways
- Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications engineering or related field
- Proficiency in VoIP, SIP, and PSTN protocols and technologies
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, routing, and switching
- Experience with telecommunications hardware such as routers, switches, and gateways
- Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non technical teams

Role Overview
