Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of telecommunication systems.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to prepare telecom deliverables.
• Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements as required.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment on telecom requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and support troubleshooting, system configuration, and integration activities.
• Ensure systems comply with safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and KPIs.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Support Testing & Commissioning teams during FAT, SAT, and handover activities.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain updated as-built drawings.
• Support commercial and procurement teams with technical evaluations.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in telecommunication engineering, preferably within metro/railway or large infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of telecom systems such as:
• + Fiber optics, data networks, IP systems

+ CCTV, PA, Radio Systems, Access Control

• + Wired and wireless communication systems
• Experience working in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Education & Certifications

• University Degree in Engineering (Electronic / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering).
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Soft Skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within teams.
