Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years in telecommunications, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Strong technical knowledge of OSP/ISP, fiber optics (FTTH), or wireless/cell site infrastructure
- Proficiency with telecom testing equipment (OTDR, power meters) and network management software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Flexibility to handle emergency on call rotations and night/weekend shifts
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree or Technical Certification in Electronics/Telecommunications preferred
- Proven ability to schedule, dispatch, and manage performance for teams of field technicians and subcontractors
- Track record of meeting strict Project Timelines and Service Level Agreements
- Strict enforcement of OSHA, local safety regulations, and PPE protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues under pressure and manage vendor relationships
- Valid industry certifications (e.g., FOA, PMP, OSHA, or Cisco/Juniper) are highly preferred

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Telecom Supervisor to oversee field technicians, manage network deployment projects, and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- You will be responsible for daily team coordination, project timelines, and maintaining high network reliability.
Technical Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in telecommunications, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Specialization: Strong technical knowledge of OSP/ISP (Outside/Inside Plant), fiber optics (FTTH), or wireless/cell site infrastructure.
- Tools: Proficiency with telecom testing equipment (OTDR, power meters) and network management software.
- Certifications: Valid industry certifications (e.g., FOA, PMP, OSHA, or Cisco/Juniper) are highly preferred.
Requirements
- Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (frequent travel to field sites required).
- Availability: Flexibility to handle emergency on call rotations and night/weekend shifts if network outages occur.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree or Technical Certification in Electronics/Telecommunications preferred.
Operational Criteria
- Team Management: Proven ability to schedule, dispatch, and manage performance for teams of field technicians and subcontractors.
- SLA & KPIs: Track record of meeting strict Project Timelines and Service Level Agreements.
- Safety Compliance: Strict enforcement of OSHA, local safety regulations, and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues under pressure and manage vendor relationships.
