Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in OSP engineering and design.
• Strong knowledge of: OSP fiber design (aerial & underground) ROW permitting processes Joint use (JU) applications Pole make-ready engineering MDU inside wiring design Network scoping and feasibility analysis

• Familiarity with NESC standards and utility requirements.
• Experience with industry tools such as AutoCAD, GIS platforms, and OSP design software.
• Strong understanding of construction practices and field conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with major utilities (e.g., power companies, telecom providers).
• Knowledge of fiber network architectures (FTTH, FTTX, backbone).
• PMP or project management experience is a plus.

• Candidates must be local or within a reasonable driving distance.
• Ability to work in-office 1–2 weeks per month is required.
