Schedule
- Full-time role
- 5–6 working days per week (depending on project needs)
- Standard shift with occasional site-based adjustments
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain telecom systems (fiber optics, wireless, and network infrastructure)
- Perform troubleshooting and fault isolation on telecom equipment
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments
- Ensure network performance, uptime, and reliability
- Work with project teams on deployment and upgrades
- Maintain documentation for installations and maintenance
- Follow safety and compliance standards at all times

- Fiber optic installation & splicing
- Network configuration (IP, routing, switching)
- Telecom equipment troubleshooting
- RF (Radio Frequency) knowledge
- Structured cabling systems
- Use of testing tools (OTDR, spectrum analyzers)

- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
- Relevant hands-on experience in telecom engineering or technician roles
- Basic understanding of telecom standards and protocols
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project needs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
