What you will do

Role Summary

We are looking for a Telecom Automation & Middleware Engineer with hands-on experience in Python automation, Linux/Unix, TIBCO MFT, telecom inventory, and feed management. The role involves automating operational processes, managing telecom data/file feeds, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting OSS environments.

• Develop and maintain Python automation scripts for operational workflows, file processing, validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting. • Perform Linux/Unix operations, including file handling, process monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting. • Manage TIBCO MFT file transfers, including inbound/outbound feeds, failed transfers, delays, and delivery issues. • Monitor and manage telecom data feeds across OSS/BSS and network systems. • Perform feed validation, reconciliation, and investigation of missing, delayed, duplicate, or incorrect files. • Support telecom inventory data processing, validation, and discrepancy resolution. • Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with OSS, middleware, network, and application teams. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation. • Maintain operational and automation documentation.
