Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regarding courses, trial classes, and admissions
- Convert inquiries into student enrollments through regular follow ups
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions
- Follow up on course renewals and continuing student registrations
- Send reminders for upcoming renewals, trial classes, and registrations
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Customer Service Executive
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English
- Experience in lead generation and customer follow up
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

Office Hours
- Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Wednesday Off)
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:45 AM – 6:30 PM
