Job Description
We are a Dubai-based
audit, accounting, tax and business advisory firm
looking for a confident and target-orientated professional to join our business development team.
The main focus of this role is to
call potential clients, follow up with leads, explain our services clearly, and convert enquiries into confirmed clients
.
We are looking for someone who is not only good at calling but also strong in
lead conversion, client communication, relationship building and regular follow-up
.
The candidate should be comfortable speaking with
business owners, company decision-makers, SMEs and entrepreneurs
in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential clients and business owners in the UAE.
- Explain our services, including audit, accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, compliance and company formation.
- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for quotations and proposals.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed clients.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and client status in Excel / CRM.
- Schedule meetings or calls with prospective clients when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
- Support management in business development and marketing activities.
- Provide regular updates on lead status, follow-ups and closures.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, business development or lead conversion.
- Experience in audit, accounting, tax, corporate services, company formation, banking, insurance, telecom, real estate or B2B services will be preferred.
- Must have strong English communication skills.
- Must be confident in making outbound calls and speaking to business owners.
- Must be target-orientated, disciplined and result-driven.
- Should be professional, polite and persuasive in communication.
- Should be able to follow up regularly and convert leads into clients.
- Basic computer knowledge, Excel and CRM experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Incentives
Salary will be based on experience and communication skills.
An attractive performance-based commission will be provided based on confirmed client conversions and achievement of monthly sales targets.
