Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and respond to incoming admission enquiries professionally.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective parents and guardians.
• Understand the basic admission requirement, including grade, academic year and Day School/Residential preference.
• Record all enquiry and follow-up details accurately in the CRM.
• Qualify leads and identify those requiring detailed counselling.
• Pass qualified leads to the Admission Counsellor with relevant background information.
• Coordinate counselling calls and campus visits.
• Keep lead status, follow-up dates and remarks updated in the CRM.
• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups and lead movement.
• Escalate complaints, special requests or matters requiring senior intervention.
• Maintain confidentiality and represent BTGS professionally in every interaction.
