Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Telecaller / Telesales Executive** to join our Immigration and Visa Consultancy team.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining immigration programs, and generating qualified leads for consultation with our immigration advisors.
This role is ideal for individuals who are **confident communicators, sales-oriented, and eager to grow in the immigration consulting industry.**
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through **outbound calls, WhatsApp, and follow-up calls**
- Provide detailed information about **immigration, work permits, visit visas, and residency programs**
- Understand the client's profile and suggest **suitable immigration options**
- Convert inquiries into **booked consultation appointments**
- Maintain **daily call records and lead updates in CRM**
- Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads until conversion
- Achieve **daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets**
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients
Requirements
- Strong **communication and persuasion skills**
- Fluency in **English and Hindi** (Arabic, Punjabi, or Urdu is an advantage)
- **High school diploma or bachelor’s degree** preferred
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office and CRM systems**
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced and target-driven environment**
- Previous **telesales / telemarketing experience is preferred**, but freshers with strong communication skills can apply
