Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role as a Telecaller, based in Business Bay, Dubai.
- The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients via phone, explaining services and benefits, addressing queries regarding immigration services, and providing guidance on application processes.
- The candidate will ensure seamless communication, maintain records of client interactions, and work closely with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi mandatory.
- Customer service skills, including ability to address client inquiries professionally.
- Telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of immigration processes or willingness to learn.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- High level of responsibility, discipline, and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer support, or sales is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
