- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and intent
- Schedule appointments and follow ups for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
- Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns (Meta, web, walk ins)
- Build rapport with clients and represent the company professionally
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead qualification targets
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or call center environment preferred
- Comfortable with high call volumes and target driven environments
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections professionally
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

About the Role
- Titans Capital Real Estate is looking for a confident, results driven Tele Caller to join our growing sales team.
- In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales pipeline through proactive outbound calling.
