Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Telecaller to join our team on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Telecaller will handle client communications, manage inbound and outbound calls, provide information about our services, and address customer queries in a professional manner.
The role also includes scheduling appointments, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, and supporting the administrative processes related to immigration services.
Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction while contributing to the company’s mission of providing excellent service.
