Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads from our database.
  • Lead Qualification: Pitch Empiretech’s real estate portfolio, understand client needs, and qualify their buying potential.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule property viewings and consultations for the closing team.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain client records, call logs, and pipelines in our CRM system.
  • Follow ups: Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent and strategic follow up calls.

  • Experience: No experience required! We welcome freshers with a passion for sales. Full training will be provided.
