Role Overview

  • Ehya is looking for a key player to join its Telesales Team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Experience in real estate sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to market and sell the company's products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert them into active customers.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and accurately document calls and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to support promotional campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of practical experience in real estate sales or marketing, with a strong record of sales achievement and deal closures.
  • Excellent telephone sales and persuasion skills.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to organize call schedules effectively.
  • Ability to prepare and present sales offers clearly and professionally.
