Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Tele-caller to drive sales growth by managing outbound cold calls and inbound inquiries.

The role requires a target-driven individual who can independently handle the full customer interaction cycle—from initial contact to closing or qualifying leads for further sales action.

The ideal candidate is persuasive, resilient, and customer-focused, with a strong ability to understand client needs quickly and convert conversations into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Handle inbound leads and convert them into qualified prospects
  • Present and explain company services clearly and confidently
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to close deals or pass qualified leads
  • Manage the full communication cycle independently
  • Handle objections, negotiations, and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with internal departments when necessary
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager or the administration within the scope of the role

Requirements

  • Fresh gradated
  • Bachelor or Diploma degree in Marking or Business or any related filed
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure
