About Caartl
Caartl is a Dubai-based vehicle trading and auction company connecting car sellers, buyers, and dealers.
The company operates a technology-enabled process for vehicle inspection, auction, and resale.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with incoming leads from car sellers.
- Explain the process and value proposition and answer basic pricing and process questions.
- Qualify leads and schedule vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM or tracker.
- Follow up on pending leads to maximize conversion.
- Coordinate qualified leads with inspection and buying teams.
- Track calls, conversions, and inspection bookings and report to management.
- Handle objections and rescheduling requests professionally.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of telecalling, telesales, or lead conversion experience.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
- Excellent phone communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calls and target-driven work.
- Comfort using CRM or lead management tools.
- Patient, organized, and consistent follow-up approach.
- English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic or Hindi is preferred.
