Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and individual customers to promote company services
- Generate leads for Data Recovery Services, Storage & Backup Solutions, MacBook Repair Services, Laptop & Desktop Repair Services, Server & Network Solutions, Annual IT Maintenance Contracts
- Identify customer requirements and qualify potential opportunities
- Follow up on inquiries received through website, email, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Service, or Business Development
- Experience in IT services, network solutions, or technology sales is preferred
