Role Overview
The role handles incoming leads, outbound calls, customer requirements, appointments, and conversion of enquiries into waterproofing service opportunities.
Leads may come from Google, the company website, social media, WhatsApp, referrals, and other marketing channels.
Employment and Work Location
- The employment type is full-time.
- The work location is in person in Patna or Danapur.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and explain terrace, roof, wall, bathroom, basement, tank, injection, grouting, membrane, and other waterproofing services.
- Qualify leads by location, work requirement, area, problem, urgency, and budget.
- Schedule site inspections and engineer visits for qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team and site engineers for customer visits.
- Share quotations, follow up on quotations, and support order conversion.
- Reactivate old and pending leads and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Achieve targets for calls, qualified leads, site visits, conversions, and monthly sales contribution.
