- Generate new business leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Promote Sea Freight, Air Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers to convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain daily call reports and update customer information in CRM/Excel
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with pricing and operations team to provide quotations
- Identify new business opportunities
