Support and administer Atlassian Data Center applications.
Investigate, triage, and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and usage trends across the development tooling estate.
Contribute to performance tuning.
Support and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows and integrations.
Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain clear documentation, runbooks, support processes, and operational procedures.

Support future migration initiatives.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term improvements, automation, and service reliability.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical support, systems administration, TechOps, DevOps or platform operations role.
Strong experience supporting JFrog applications.
Hands-on experience administrating Atlassian products.
Experience with AWS, including EC2, RDS & EKS.
Strong troubleshooting skills across applications.
Experience investigating performance issues, service degradation, and high-volume platform usage.
Experience using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
