Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising engineering, construction, planning, procurement, commercial, and HSE professionals.
Drive collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
Mentor team members and support capability development.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Infrastructure Management, or a related discipline.
Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or MBA will be an added advantage.
