Role Scope
The role leads technical support operations for Omnissa Workspace ONE across a global endpoint fleet.
The position combines hands-on L3 support, OEM vendor oversight, operational governance, and team leadership.
Supported endpoints include iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and rugged hardware.
Support Operations
- Lead daily Workspace ONE engineering and support operations.
- Oversee incident response, operational SLAs, health checks, and change management for UEM and Access environments.
- Act as the final escalation point for critical endpoint, application delivery, certificate, and identity integration incidents.
