Role Overview
Lead technical support operations and maintain production health across a global endpoint fleet including iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and rugged hardware.
The role combines hands-on L3 support, OEM vendor oversight, operational governance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workspace ONE engineering and support operations, including incident response, SLAs, health checks, and change management.
- Serve as final escalation point for enrollment, application delivery, SCEP/PKI certificate, and identity integration incidents.
- Direct staging, enrollment, and provisioning of rugged devices and coordinate with Zebra and Honeywell.
- Maintain AirWatch Cloud Connector, Workspace ONE Tunnel, Content Gateway, and Secure Email Gateway integrations.
- Automate bulk management, self-healing remediation, and reporting with PowerShell, REST APIs, JSON, and Workspace ONE Intelligence.
- Resolve business system incidents, implement RFCs, update knowledge articles, and collaborate with vendors and service management teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 8 years of UEM or MDM experience, including 2 or more years leading technical teams or support workstreams.
- Expertise in Workspace ONE architecture, AD/LDAP synchronization, PKI, certificate delivery, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
