Experience and Education
- Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of VMware Workspace ONE experience is required.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
- The role description also specifies 8 or more years of UEM or MDM experience, including 2 or more years leading technical teams or support workstreams.
Workspace ONE Operations
- Lead daily Workspace ONE engineering and support operations, including incidents, SLAs, health checks, and change management.
- Serve as the final escalation point for enrollment, application delivery, SCEP or PKI certificate, and identity or SSO incidents.
