About the Role
EY's Technology Consulting practice seeks a Manager for the Technology Strategy Transformation team focused on retail. You will advise retailers on technology transformation, support business case development, and lead enterprise system implementations.

- Engage directly with retail organizations to understand their technology needs and challenges
- Advise on technology strategies addressing differences between retail segments such as grocery and fashion
- Support business case development and deployment planning for transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver solutions spanning multiple technologies
- Lead enterprise technology transformation projects, guiding clients through selection and implementation
- Contribute to project launches and ongoing client engagements
Requirements
- Strong technology acumen with experience across a range of platforms and solutions
- Experience engaging with clients and driving transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of the retail industry and sector specific challenges
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, POS) across full project lifecycle in retail organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous consulting experience (preferred)
- Bilingual in English/French (preferred)
