Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and transformation programs focused on infrastructure, AI, data, and digital technologies.
• Analyze client information to develop data-driven insights and support platform and channel strategies.
• Lead client engagements through research, interviews, and hypothesis testing.
• Identify and prioritize business and technology requirements for transformation objectives.
• Support program and project management for infrastructure and AI-driven technology transformations.
• Drive implementation of infrastructure, digital, and AI solutions for financial services clients.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while managing stakeholder expectations and team performance.
• Integrate People, Process, and Technology components into value-added solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and collaborate with teams at multiple levels.
• Lead proposals, white papers, thought leadership, and points of view.
• Mentor and coach team members and contribute to PwC culture.
• Travel to client sites across Canada.

Required Experience and Skills

• Significant experience in technology transformation, operations, and/or strategy.
• Significant experience in strategy and transformation across one or more relevant technology domains.
• Prior experience with a technology strategy consulting group or strategy and transformation within a CIO organization.
• Strong understanding of one or more business domains in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector.
• Hands-on project delivery experience across relevant technology domains.
• Proven project completion record and ability to manage client communications and expectations.
• Strong technical leadership and business analysis skills.
• Ability to work under pressing deadlines and changing conditions.
• Ability to synthesize complex ideas and present information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to build genuine, trust-based relationships with clients and technical teams.

Technology Domains

• Relevant domains include core platform transformation, cloud transformation, data strategies, process automation, agentic AI, infrastructure, AIOps or SRE, digitization, and full-stack software delivery.

Compensation

• The salary range is $84,700 to $134,700.
• The posted range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centers and may vary by location.
• Base salary is determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
• Eligible employees may participate in variable incentive pay programs.

Travel

• The role requires travel to client sites across Canada.
