Role Overview
Provide technical support to merchants and serve as the primary contact for related inquiries and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate internal communication and collaboration regarding merchant requests and inquiries.
- Generate merchant performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
- Generate transaction reports.
- Oversee settlement processing for completed transactions with accuracy and timely processing.
- Design and develop solutions according to internal business requirements.
Qualifications
- REST API integration proficiency is required.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, attention-to-detail, communication, and interpersonal abilities are expected.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with programming languages is an added advantage.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Postman, Git, API documentation, and basic scripting is required.
- Knowledge of payment flows, card transactions, 3DS, refunds, settlements, and reconciliation is required.
Compensation
- Pay starts at QAR 5,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
