About the role
CFIB is hiring a Technology Solutions and Implementation Manager to turn early-stage technology opportunities and unclear business needs into practical action.
The role partners with IT, technical teams, Digital, Operations, and other business areas to shape solutions and lead discovery, implementation, adoption, and stabilization.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role involving direct configuration, testing, and implementation rather than only coordinating others.
Work arrangement
- The position is full-time and preferably hybrid in CFIB's Toronto office.
- Candidates who prefer to work fully from home anywhere in Canada will be considered.
What you will do
- Investigate business problems and technology opportunities, understand stakeholder needs, research approaches, test assumptions, and recommend practical paths forward.
- Turn loosely defined needs into requirements, priorities, implementation plans, ownership, and measurable outcomes while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Learn platforms and tools and contribute directly to configuration, testing, rollout, and post-launch improvements within IT's technical direction and approval processes.
