About the role
CFIB is hiring a full-time Technology Solutions and Implementation Manager in Toronto.
The role turns early-stage technology opportunities and business problems into practical action.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role involving direct configuration, testing, and implementation work.
Workplace
- The position preferably operates in a hybrid format from the Toronto office.
- Candidates who prefer to work fully from home anywhere in Canada will be considered.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate business problems, research technology approaches, test assumptions, and recommend practical solutions.
- Define requirements, priorities, implementation plans, ownership, measurable outcomes, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Contribute to configuration, testing, rollout, and post-launch improvements within IT direction and approval processes.
- Ensure solutions meet architecture, integration, security, privacy, support, and governance requirements.
- Identify adoption challenges and clarify ownership, support processes, and next steps before operational transition.
- Explore responsible applications of AI and emerging technologies for process, employee, and member-service improvements.
