Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic IT Sales Executive to join our team .
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling IT products, solutions, and services to Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients within the Qatar market.
The role requires strong business development skills, the ability to build long-term client relationships, and a good understanding of customer requirements across various SMB sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new SMB business opportunities in the Qatar market
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, field visits, and referrals
- Promote and sell IT solutions, software, hardware, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, managed services, and outsourcing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB clients and decision-makers
- Understand customer business needs and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives
- Maintain market awareness, competitor analysis, and customer trends within the SMB segment
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of IT sales experience with a strong focus on the SMB market in Qatar or GCC
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Valid Qatar Driving License required.
