What will you do?

If you are passionate about organizing, managing and planning complex projects while steering the team in the right direction, then the Technology Project Manager role is for you.

As a part of the role, some of your key accountabilities will be making sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget, and scope.

You will be involved in planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders, and implementing each step of the project.

Prior work experience: Minimum 8 years

Career Break: 12 months or more

Location: Hyderabad /Bangalore/ Bhubaneshwar Mode of Working: Hybrid mode of working with 2-3 days work from office depending on the role flexibility

• Provide strategic planning, manage project time frames, budget estimates and status reports aiming at resolving business problems.
• Create management, communication plans and processes
• Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
• Define project accountabilities with stakeholders.
• Be able to predict challenges and proactively seek to head-off obstacles.
• Participate and support in budget and staff allocation for the project.

• Should possess experience with managing and running projects single handedly.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and monitoring teams.
• Be able to handle a team of 7-8 people including developers, analyst etc.
• Be able to encourage a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning to deliver projects successfully and effectively.
• Networking and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders.

• Prior experience with Agile, SQL, ETL and in the insurance domain is a good-to-have. What’s in it for you?
