About the role
Technology Operations Center Engineer providing 24x7x365 monitoring and operational support across on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
The role focuses on proactive monitoring, incident response, escalation management, and coordination with platform teams.
What you'll do
- Monitor and fine-tune servers, networks, storage, databases, applications, security, and performance using monitoring tools.
- Ensure continuous service availability and uptime and respond to alerts in real time.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and track incidents in ITSM tools such as FreshDesk and Jira.
- Escalate incidents to Platform Operations and other internal teams according to the escalation matrix.
- Document incidents, root causes, and stakeholder reports.
- Create monthly utilization metrics and capacity reports for infrastructure segments.
- Manage P1/P2 incidents and participate in war-room or bridge discussions.
- Work rotational shifts.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in Technology Operations Center or infrastructure monitoring.
- Strong understanding of ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
- Experience handling P1/P2 incidents in high-pressure production environments.
