How Will You Do It

Business Development and Technical Leadership

Lead the technical development of customer proposals, including process and design concepts, performance calculations, and warranty considerations.

Identify new industry trends, represent the technical value proposition in business development activities, customer discussions, and external presentations.

Business Execution and Technical Service

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting start-up activities, monitoring operating data, and delivering training related to catalyst performance.

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers on catalyst / performance questions, operational issues, and troubleshooting.

Technical Expertise and Product Ownership

Act as the technical owner for the assigned catalyst and technology portfolio.

Maintain deep technical expertise in product performance, applications, and limitations to support internal and external stakeholders.

Lead market/Customer driven continuous innovation, optimization, and product differentiation in collaboration with research and development teams.

Cross-Functional Interface Management

Collaborate closely with Research and Development, Marketing, Regional Sales, and Production/Operations to align technical and business priorities.

Translate market and customer needs into technical requirements and actionable development priorities.
