Position Summary
The Technology Analyst is a member of the WhiteWater IT department reporting to the Technology Manager and serves as the primary support resource for a portfolio of enterprise business applications supporting Accounting, Procurement, Finance, and other corporate functions.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of applications including OpenInvoice, Concur, Gatekeeper, Adaptive Planning, HaloITSM, and related systems.
Application Support & Administration
- Serve as primary support for assigned enterprise applications.
- Perform daily administration including user provisioning, security roles, workflows, and system configuration.
- Monitor application performance, integrations, and system alerts to proactively resolve issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Support application upgrades, releases, testing, and production deployments.
Access Management & Security
- Manage user lifecycle activities including account creation, modification, and deactivation.
- Administer role-based access controls in accordance with security policies.
