Job summary

The role is an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager leading end-to-end UiPath RPA and intelligent automation initiatives.

The position bridges business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to deliver operational efficiency, governance maturity, business value, and digital transformation outcomes.

Core focus areas include project delivery, process discovery, UiPath oversight, stakeholder management, and Automation CoE support.

Project delivery

  • Lead UiPath automation projects from initiation through production deployment.
  • Define scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, milestones, governance cadence, and detailed project controls.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, issues, changes, escalations, project reviews, sprint ceremonies, and executive updates.

Business and functional work

  • Conduct process discovery workshops and assess automation feasibility and suitability.
  • Analyze processes and recommend optimization before automation.
  • Create and review PAD, PDD, BRD, and FRD documents.
  • Translate business requirements into solution inputs and define KPIs, ROI, benefits, success criteria, and adoption metrics.

UiPath oversight

  • Govern UiPath solution design and implementation, including architecture, exception handling, logging, reusable components, and security compliance.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure, testing, PMO, and business teams.
  • Support Orchestrator governance, production readiness, bot stability, SLA adherence, and post-go-live resolution.
  • Promote UiPath best practices across development, testing, deployment, release, and hypercare.

Stakeholder and CoE support

  • Act as the primary interface among business users, clients, vendors, and technical delivery teams.
  • Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, executive reviews, and client-ready reporting.
  • Support Automation CoE setup, standards, intake, prioritization, pipeline management, and value tracking.
  • Develop reusable delivery artifacts and mentor teams on methodology, documentation, and communication.

Technical skills and methods

  • UiPath technologies include Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, Apps, Action Center, Insights, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Test Suite.
  • RPA concepts include attended and unattended automation, REFramework, exception handling, logging, queues, assets, credentials, triggers, and schedules.
  • Intelligent automation areas include Process Mining, Task Mining, OCR, AI/ML-enabled automation, and hyperautomation.
  • Delivery tools include Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Visio, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Methods include Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid delivery, SDLC, UAT, release management, and production support.

Required qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 7 years of IT delivery, project management, business analysis, or automation program experience is required.
  • At least 4 years delivering enterprise UiPath automation projects is required.
  • Experience managing concurrent RPA workstreams, global stakeholders, distributed teams, governance forums, and escalations is required.

Preferred qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred.
  • UiPath CoE experience, other automation platform exposure, presales or solution consulting experience, and relevant certifications are preferred.

Working relationships

  • The role collaborates with business stakeholders, Automation CoE teams, UiPath developers and architects, QA and testing, infrastructure and security, PMO, and leadership.
