Responsibilities
- Manage end to end SaaS implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment and post go live support
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery
- Analyze client business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements
- Coordinate with technical, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth configuration and integration
- Conduct product demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions
- Track project progress, manage risks, and prepare project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in SaaS solution implementation or techno functional project management
- Strong understanding of HR, onboarding, payroll, workforce management, and visa process workflows
- Hands on experience managing IT system implementations, integrations (e.g., REST APIs), and data migration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required
- Proven experience in client communication, stakeholder management, and delivering projects within scope and timeline

- Hands on experience with IT system implementations, integrations (REST APIs), data migration.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills; English required, Arabic a plus.
- Proven client communication and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud preferred.
- PMP or Agile certification a plus.
