Role overview
Full-time, on-site Techno-Functional Project Manager role based in Dubai.
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects on the Odoo platform.
Coordinate business, functional, and technical workstreams across implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Coordinate configuration, customization, and deployment with technical teams.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, quality, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead meetings, track progress, address issues, conduct testing and user training, and support stabilization.
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP implementations and strong techno-functional understanding of finance, sales, inventory, procurement, and related processes.
- Ability to gather requirements, document workflows, and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Odoo experience is preferred, and PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
Workplace
- The role is based on-site in Dubai.
