Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute functional, user experience (UX), and regression test plans for our web platforms and internal tools.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Validate new features and clearly document observed changes.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our systems and provide support to cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, testing tools, and work methods to optimize testing efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with developers, graphic designers, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• College diploma, vocational diploma in technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong investigative skills and critical thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to remain focused during repetitive tasks while maintaining close attention to detail and identifying even minor variations or defects.
• Self-motivated and curious, with the initiative to go beyond planned test scenarios and propose relevant additional test cases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
