Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

Ability to manage and educate Technicians on advanced testing, diagnostics and repair of all NSM products.

Set-up and maintain specialty control systems within the operational flow of the branch.

Manages the overall condition and branch requirements for rental, loner and stock equipment.

Monitors technician scheduling, operational excellence and training programs.

Advanced knowledge of NSM branch and Technical Services operations.

Understanding of advanced electronics set-up, programming and troubleshooting.

Adequately maintain a repair shop, warehouse and assembly area in a clean and safe manner; meeting all accreditation standards.

Manage vehicle fleet and ensure technician compliance to Company Fleet Policy.

Manage and review all documentation to obtain high levels of quality control and compliance.

Develops a culture dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolves customer comments or concerns about products or service with Branch Manager.

Establishes and maintains customer and caregiver education programs in the proper use, care and safety of equipment purchased, rented or repaired.
