In this role a highly skilled and detail-oriented specialist will be working in our aviation repair station, focusing on High Pressure Compressor (HPC) blades for commercial jet engines .

This role is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of next-generation aircraft powerplants.

• Perform detailed inspection, blending, and repair of HPC blades , including tip restoration, airfoil contouring, and root surface conditioning.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, CMMs, optical comparators) to verify dimensional compliance against OEM specifications.
• Interpret and work from OEM repair manuals (CFM, GE, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce, etc.) to ensure compliance with approved repair schemes.
• Maintainaccuratedocumentationin accordance with FAA Part 145 repair station procedures, EASA standards, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot rejects, reduce scrap/rework, and improve repair yields .
