Position Summary

Maintain and support information technology equipment, guest internet access, PBX systems, telephone switchboards, and related hardware.

Coordinate technology installations and changes while troubleshooting problems and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate installations, moves, additions, changes, and enhancements for technology equipment.
  • Resolve non-routine hardware, software, and guest room internet access problems.
  • Maintain technology device inventory, PBX systems, telephone switchboards, and related hardware.
  • Keep computer and telephone rooms locked and restrict access.
  • Recommend improvements to efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
  • Support guests and employees through professional communication and service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Work Arrangement

  • Part-time, non-management position at the Le Méridien location in Almadinah Almunawwarah.
